Hi. Online membership is $15/year. When you go to membership, it should automatically come up on the PayPal submission, if not please let me know. We aren’t using anything specific to make the site load faster, try saving any of your images with a higher form of compression (png) or save the images for web. Often streaming video loads faster then embedded video. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
